The brief called for an integrated design accomodating residential and retail functions with a tram station all under one roof. The first floor apartments allow maximum exposure for the supermarket along the new infrastructure that links the new town with the historic centre. The apartments are grouped around a partially covered patio. Access via suspended bridges from a central pathway offer a greater level of privacy compared to traditional passageways.
