The Raaks area is a complex inner city area in Haarlem. The highly diverse programme is carefully integrated into the existing urban fabric by organising the plan around a series of open courtyards and parks that match the historic city centre, as does the housing architecture. The striking Lantaarn corner building coupled with the cineplex forms a new gateway to the city centre.
